Getting the keys to the Best Damn Cookies bakery mid-November was a lot like getting an early Christmas present for Chef Dave. To help spread his holiday cheer to everyone, he decided the first seasonal cookie would incorporate the flavors of the Yuletide season. This is our representation of an elegant "Holiday."

Chef's Notes:

• Pureeing candied pumpkin seeds with olive oil creates vast depth
• Mixed toasted cloves and candied ginger into the shortbread for spice   
• Finished with toasted pumpkin seeds for a nutty textured crunch
