Happy Holidays! We know it's July, but we've been craving holiday cookies, specifically our Holiday shortbread featuring pumpkin seed butter, ginger, and clove. When we released this cookie last year, we received an outpouring of love and support, its early retirement left us on several people's naughty lists. Which is why we're excited to announce that Holiday is back as a part of our Variety Box.

The weather this summer has been unpredictable to say the least, leading to a host of pastry problems, and more importantly, pastry learnings. We've swapped our vegan Levante cookie for Holiday for a few reasons. The Levante is our softest cookie, and doesn't fare well when shipped in the heat. As we test and tweak the recipe for optimal deliciousness post-shipping, we're bringing back Holiday, which is a firm shortbread.
